1. Who We Are

DubaiCakePicnic is a platform that connects food brands in the UAE with content creators to generate social media exposure through food-related content.

 

2. What We Do

We:

  • Match food brands with content creators

  • Facilitate collaborations where creators receive meals or products in exchange for content

  • May offer paid campaign opportunities to creators based on performance

 

3. User Eligibility

To register as a food brand or content creator, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Reside in the UAE

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

Content Ownership

4. Content Ownership

Creators:

  • Own the content they create

  • Grant DubaiCakePicnic and the partnered food brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, and promote the content on websites, social media, and marketing materials

Food Brands:

  • Must only use creator content that has been approved and/or tagged for public use

  • Cannot edit or sell creator content without written permission

 

5. Free & Paid Collaborations

  • Some collaborations involve free meals in exchange for content—no payment is made to the creator

  • Paid collaborations are offered based on content performance and platform tier

  • No guarantees are made regarding views, reach, or content virality

 

6. Code of Conduct

All users agree to:

  • Act respectfully and professionally

  • Fulfill their agreed obligations (i.e., deliver content or provide food)

  • Avoid any offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content

Event Participation

7. Event Participation

By participating in any DubaiCakePicnic event, you agree to:

  • Allow us to photograph or film you

  • Grant DubaiCakePicnic the right to use footage for promotional purposes

 

8. Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate others

  • Upload harmful or illegal material

  • Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user (brand or creator) who violates these terms or abuses the platform.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

DubaiCakePicnic may update these terms at any time. We’ll notify users of significant changes via email or website announcement.
